Never give up: vision, determination, and the strength of friendship

How does a young boy from a provincial Italian town grow into a key figure in building international bridges? What qualities shape a journey of global impact? These questions find their answers in the remarkable life of Professor Maurizio Bragagni OBE, CEO of Tratos UK, a leading cable manufacturer. Through intimate conversations with close friend and journalist Alessandro Vergni, Bragagni retraces the pivotal moments of a journey shaped by vision, faith, and unyielding determination, showing how challenges, when met with purpose, can become powerful opportunities. From steering his company through international expansion and the Brexit referendum, to receiving a Senate nomination for the Queen’s Award, leading philanthropic initiatives with the Esharelife Foundation, serving as Honorary Consul of the Republic of San Marino in the UK, and being awarded the Order of the British Empire, this book reveals the human story behind the entrepreneur, the public servant, and the diplomat. An inspiring narrative of how talent, values, and deep friendships can connect different worlds, encouraging readers to follow their aspirations and leave a meaningful mark.
