The Baby Powder Theory

Let’s start with what Tony Chiles is really trying to say – to deliver.

“We are groomed in certain ways and we create growth in the way of our choices.”

– Tony Chiles

This is a story of a boy growing up to become a good man, and the many who made that possible – especially his mother whose life was taken when he was age 21. Tony Chiles is an Ivy League scholar, a highly regarded basketball coach and through life’s challenges has become a mentor. He has witnessed many young men who were “soft” due to their upbringing – leading to misled lives or lack of motivation.

Whether a diamond earring and tattoo or father and brother in prison, Tony’s spirit is Oscar-worthy. Instead of giving in, he gave. When he saw that these often talented young people became Irresponsible and not held accountable, he crafted this book, The Baby Powder Theory. Through the revelation of mistakes and misgivings of his own, Tony displays how to overcome, adapt and achieve. With a vulnerable portrayal, it hits the heart. Get up or go home.

Let’s dive into “The Baby Powder Theory.” Enough said.
